We were passing through and wanted to check out camping sites. For such a beautiful lake, it is sad what we found. It was appalling. The previous campers had left with the fire still burning and paint all over the picnic table. When we brought it to the camp host's attention, they did not even seem to care or seem concerned. Not really the common reaction I get at a Georgia State Park and this was pre-COVID. No excuses for anyone's behavior on this day. I was always taught to leave it better than I found it. If this was the case, I wonder what they found.
